PROJECT COST
Cost of the proposed project would be Rs. 140 Cr.
Water: During Construction Water requirement will be 15.0 KLD for domestic and construction purpose
only. During Operational Phase water requirement will be 210 KLD for Domestic purpose only. Water will
be sourced from SMC water supply.
Electrical Energy: During Operational Phase total power requirement will be 1250 KVA for flats, Offices
lifts and pumps. Power supply shall be from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. During Construction Phase
power requirement will be 400 KVA which will be met from DGVCL.
Manpower: During Construction around 200 workers will be employed on contract basis. As proposed
project is Residential Building. There will be around 970 people present permanently as resident.
During Operational Phase Domestic waste shall be generated i.e. 160.50 KLD will be generated which will
be disposed off through drainage system of SMC at nearest Sewage treatment plant.

CHAPTER – 1
INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT
1.1 IDENTIFICATION OF PROJECT AND PROJECT PROPONENT
M/s. Eco Homes Developers LLP is planning to construct a project of High Rise Residential Cum
Commercial Building “Eco Garden” at T.P.S No. 2, F.P. No. 182/P, Sub Plot-A, OP No. 43, R.S. No. 85/P
Vesu-Bhartana-Vesu, Tal: Choryasi Dist: Surat, Gujarat. The Flats and offices will be constructed on the
private land. Around 7128.50 m2 land will be utilized for the proposed project. The proposed construction
will be done in 35144.55 m2 of area consisting project.
1. The proposed residential building project is proposed by M/s. Eco Homes Developers LLP.

2.6 AVAILABILITY OF WATER, ITS SOURCE & POWER REQUIREMENT, ITS SOURCE
2.6.1 WATER REQUIREMENT AND ITS SOURCE
The main source of water is SMC water supply. Treated Water will be supplied from SMC water mains.
Drinking water quality is as per with the quality of water supplied to other citizens. The water quality is
through necessary treatment maintained by SMC. As SMC is supplying treated drinking water in water
mains, there is no need for further treatment of water to make it potable. Total water requirement for this
proposed construction project is 210.0 KLD. During Construction, total water requirement is 15.0 KLD.
During Operational Phase Only domestic waste water of around 160.50 KLD shall be generated which will
be disposed off through underground drainage network of SMC.
The solid waste management is one of the key considerations in the area. Door to Door solid waste
collection system is existing in whole Surat city. That will be provided at relocation site also. The
segregation of wet and dry waste will also be adopted.
CHAPTER – 3
SITE ANALYSIS
3.1 CONNECTIVITY
Proposed project is the construction project of High Rise Residential Cum Commercial Building “Eco
Garden” having total area is around 7128.50 m2 with 35144.55 m2 of built up area at T.P.S No. 2, F.P. No.
182/P, Sub Plot-A, OP No. 43, R.S. No. 85/P Vesu-Bhartana-Vesu, Tal: Choryasi Dist: Surat, Gujarat.
3.1.2 Rail
The Area is well connected by Railway. Surat Railway Station is around 8.0 Km from the proposed project
site.
3.1.3 Airport
The nearest airport is Surat at a distance around 3.0 Km from the proposed project site.
3.1.4 Communication
The site has access of telephone, internet and mobile connectivity.
As Surat is gradually expanding as a metropolitan city, Real Estate sector is also growing in and around
region of Surat, so various areas in outskirts of Surat have been included in the city limit.
Thus the demand of residential housing complexes is also increasing with leaps and bounces.

PROPOSED INFRASTRUCTURE
5.1 RESIDENTIAL CUM COMMERCIAL AREA
Proposed project is the construction project of High Rise Residential Cum Commercial Building “Eco
Garden” having total area is around 7128.50 m2 with 35144.55 m2 of built up area at T.P.S No. 2, F.P. No.
182/P, Sub Plot-A, OP No. 43, R.S. No. 85/P Vesu-Bhartana-Vesu, Tal: Choryasi Dist: Surat, Gujarat.
5.5 CONNECTIVITY
The proposed project site is well connected with the road, railway and air.
5.7.2 SEWAGE DISPOSAL POINT AND ITS INTEGRATION WITH CITY LEVEL SEWAGE
DISPOSAL SYSTEM
The disposal point is through SMC drains will be at Sewage treatment plant.
5.8 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT

collection system is existing in whole Surat city. That will be provided at relocation site also. The
segregation of wet and dry waste will also be adopted.
CHAPTER – 6
REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT (R & R) PLAN
Flats will be constructed on the private land. There is no human population on the proposed land, so there is
no need of Rehabilitation & resettlement plan.
