The Ford Model A two tooth steering system is designed to be adjustable to

Tighten Housing Cover Adjusting


Stud Nut

Tighten Steering
Box to Frame TToo aaddjjuusstt:: Loosen the
lock, nut and with an
offset screw driver,
Tighten tighten the Sector Thrust
Pitman Arm Screw.

Tighten the three Stud


Cover Nuts

TToo iinnssppeecctt:: There should be no end play,


yet the steering arm should rotate freely.
Repeat the adjustment if necessary.
