General / Implementation Notes for Amkor Projects

A. AMKOR IFX - PO#3520165175

1.) Nightworks Installation

2.) Location of Homerun is at Security Control at First Level
3.) Location of 1 Motion Detector, 1set ACS and IP CCTV is at Cage at First Level
4.) Conduit will be used is PVC Pipe and mounted thru Clamp. Conduits are inside
ceiling.
5.) As per advised by Client, Cage is located near IDF 14 of CCTV Camera
6.) There will be minor wall penetration and restoration
7.) Any bonds and insurance needed for the project to be provided by Client
8.) Work Permit to be facilitate by the client / Need work permit on site
9.) Change of location and additional requirements will have separate charges.
10.) As per ATP Requirement, Motion Detector is Rosslare Brand.
11.) Motion Detector Module will be connected to the ACS Panel.
12.) 220vac power source for Expansion Module and Controller will tap to the nearest outlet does
not exceed to 10meters. Exceeded cable will charge to Client and for proposal
13.) There is no embedded conduit to be done onsite. Conduits are inside ceiling and mounted
thru clamp only
14.) Painting of Conduit is included in the proposal.
15.) Enclosure for Switch is Fabricated Pullbox Only (8x8x4)
16.) Proposed Access Control to be install on Metal Cage
17.) Enclosure for Network Switch is PULLBOX ONLY. No Data Cabinet are included in the
proposal unless request by Client. This is for subject for additional proposal.
18.) 220vac power source for the Equipment will tap to the nearest outlet not more
than 20 meters away from the Network Switch. Any extension of Cable will charge to
the Client.
19.) UTP Cable will be used is CAT6-DLink Brand
20.) There will be minor wall penetration with restoration
21.) Any Re-routing of Wiring layout will have ADDITIONAL COST. Proposed Wiring Layout must
approve prior to installation.
22.) Access Control Controllers are Wall Mounted Only.
23.) No embedded works included in our scope of work
24.) ACS will be installed on Cage with Single Swing Only. Additional Devices will be quoted if
Double Swing.

B. AMKOR SMD - PO#3520167035

1.) Nightworks Installation
2.) Conduit will be used is EMT Pipe and mounted thru Unistrut Clamp ONLY. Any changes on Pipe
Support will be additional cost and subject for proposal.
3.) There will be 1 set of Network switch with POE from SMD Area (2 Doors) going to old Security
Office
4.) Enclosure for Network Switch is PULLBOX ONLY. No Data Cabinet are included in the proposal
unless request by Client. This is for subject for additional proposal.
5.) 220vac power source for the Network Switch will tap to the nearest outlet not more than 20
meters away from the Network Switch using Royal Cord 2wires. Any extension of Cable will
charge to the Client.
6.) FTP Cable will be used is CAT6 Axess Brand
7.) Access Control Controllers are Wall Mounted Only.
8.) Painting of Pipes inside the Plant are Included in the scope of work.
9.) Conduits are inside ceiling and mounted thru clamp
10.) There will be minor wall penetration with restoration
11.) Any Re-routing of Wiring layout will have ADDITIONAL COST. Proposed Wiring Layout must
approve prior to installation.
12.) Any concern on Door Alignment to be rectified by Amkor and not included in our scope of
work
13.) Any device from Amkor for Transfer that found defective is subject for additional cost and for
proposal.
14.) Embedded conduit on door side.
15.) W/ Chipping works and restoration.
16.) Network Switch Data Cabinet Enclosure and UPS to be provided by client.

C. AMKOR SHIPPPING - PO#3520166965

1. Nightworks Installation
2. Conduit will be used is PVC Pipe (3/4”) and mounted thru threaded rod and Unistrut clamp
ONLY. Any changes on Pipe Support will be additional cost and subject for proposal.
3. There will be a single run of Fiber Optic Cable from Shipping Area (2 Doors) going to OLD
Security Office
4. Enclosure for Network Switch is PULLBOX ONLY. No Data Cabinet are included in the proposal
unless request by Client. This is for subject for additional proposal.
5. 220vac power source for the Network Switch will tap to the nearest outlet not more than 20
meters away from the Network Switch. Any extension of Cable will charge to the Client.
6. UTP Cable will be used is CAT6 D-Link Brand
7. Access Control Controllers are Wall Mounted Only.
8. Painting of Pipes inside the Plant are Included in the scope of work.

D. AMKOR TEST IC - PO#3520167423

1.) Nightworks Installation

2.) Conduit will be used is PVC Pipe and mounted thru Clamp ONLY. Any changes on Pipe Support
will be additional cost and subject for proposal.
3.) There will be 4 units of Network switch with Cascading Topology from ITC Area (1 Door) going
to OLD Security Office (every 90 meters switch location, refer to A3 Layout)
4.) Enclosure for Network Switch is PULLBOX ONLY. No Data Cabinet are included in the proposal
unless request by Client. This is for subject for additional proposal.
5.) 220vac power source for the Network Switch will tap to the nearest outlet not more than 20
meters away from the Network Switch using Royal Cord 2wires. Any extension of Cable will
charge to the Client.
