“Why did we ever go into HR”

1. What the differences between old HR and new HR?

- These days, the human resource offices will support for new employees about some

human resources skills. They focus on talent management processes and the economic

strategy’s organization. They always hiring and educate marketing managers but their

employees still be know how to give good marketing strategy. While, the old HR can do

it. New HR at business school concentrates and leads team to get success plan.

Additionally, they give advice to work with human resources and marketplace.

2. What do you learn from the stories of Harvard alumnus regarding a career in HRM?

- After read the story of Harvard student, I think that works in the human resources

environment is more stressful. They learn a lot of things even they are trained when they

do not know anything. However, he is an intelligent and hard working person. He think

about how to make his presentation in public become perfect. After all of things, he can

get skills like leaderships, team working, strategy skills…When we want to get goals, we

need to think more creatively and be confident, create solutions to solve problems.

3. Do you see yourself working in a HR career? Why and why not?

- I could see myself working in a human resources career because I love the way to solve

the problems in human resources. Furthermore, human resources is suitable with my

behavior, I want to work with human, interact to find out client’s needs, create the

relationship in the working environment. Human resources is the best job if people

always make something new. People need to take care of their staffs in company or
organization, and I could because I am a friendly person. Human resources management

is very important for a organization. They’re not only protect for the staff but also control

the company which more good strategy plan to maintain the project. I want to work in

this professional environment and I think which my behavior could work better and learn

interesting things in this place.
