    In connection with the forthcoming 30th Division Schools Press Conference which is slated in October,
    the undersigned would like to request from your office to allow the student-participants to attend
    intensive writeshop starting September 11 to September 15, 2018 (9:30- 4:30) and be excused from their
    respective classes.
