SUNDAY GOSPEL REFLECTION WRITING

Objectives:
1. Compose a Personal Reflection on Sunday Gospels.
2. Apply the Christian values learned from the Sunday Gospels.
3. Praise and glorify God by attending actively, fully and consciously in the Sunday Eucharistic Celebration.
Material/s Needed:
Canvas, MS Word, Internet Connectivity
Procedure:
1. You are expected to regularly attend the Sunday Eucharistic celebration (for Catholics), Sunday Worship
or Fellowship (for Non-Catholics) and Non-Christians (with special arrangement) the template below
must be accomplished. SeeTemplate #1 below.

2. You will submit one reflection per month.

3. You will be choosing one Gospel from the Sunday Gospels of the Month for your reflection.
4. The Gospel that you are going to choose must be the one that struck you most.

5. Write your reflection on template #1 below.

6. Format:
 short bond paper (letter size 8.5 by 11 inches)
 margins - 1 inch all sides
 name, date, and section should be placed in the header
 font- Arial Size- 12
 line spacing – 1
7. In case of absence/s you will still need to submit reflections. You will just write the reason why you fail to
attend the Mass or Sunday Worship for Non-Catholics and Non-Christians (with special arrangement) and
then you write your reflection about the Goodness of God to your family. See Template #2 below.
8. As regards submission, you are expected to submit Template #1 and #3. Kindly follow the format of writing
the reflection and submit it online through your CANVAS, using MS Word (File Upload).
9. To determine your the attendance, please follow the procedure: See Template #3 below.
a. Indicate the date, time and place of worship and Sunday Gospel Text.
b. Write n/a on the time, place of worship and Sunday Gospel Text if absent.
c. Write on the Remarks “absent” if unable to attend the Mass or Sunday Worship.
