The research approach is descriptive research method that is describe the features and the
WHAT of the subject of the research rather than WHY about research subject,
The research is depend on the survey in which we have design a question of it Survey are including
the two kind of question one is subjective another one is objective question that will help to
covering topic of appraisal system the questionnaire consisting different kind of question
related to the topic and this questionnaire we will send by online survey to the respondent As
we know there is close ended question in the questionnaire and it takes time but the way of
survey is the best and we can get a valid result and choices of the people through questionnaire
for this the literacy is important and this survey are consisting of 30 people through which we
will get the valid and best result for our problem
As related to the survey questionnaire there are some of the question related to different
field and different age of respondent regarding to the appraisal system, the population of the
study is 10 people we have send the questionnaire to 10 people by online survey, the targest
responded are both male and female as well as different age from 25 to 46
In the survey there are 50% of male respondent while the other 50% were female who has
taken participate in the survey those are the people who has taken from some field of
work,
As the population described above the age is one of the factor that has been started from 25 to
46+ where in survey there is most of the respondent from the age 25 to 35 while the second
categories is 36 to 45 age which percentage is 33.3%

The economic sector which are best is describing in the organization there are 88% of the
respondent response is about the private sector that is the highest score of the survery while the
minimum response government sector
Regarding to the performance appraisal system existence 66% of the respondent answer there
is exist in some of the organization which is mostly common in the survey.
The chart show that 44.4% respondent of the survey are answer the question that the manager
and employees are not agree on future objective during the first meeting?
As the above chart demonstrating there is equal answer about the agreed upon future objectives
as a the reference point during the appraisal while the same score of 33.3% answer in NO
About the updating form period should be once a year that is the highest score and the 28%
people response on the behalf of once a year
