Bernard, Southern Leyte
VIII. Proposed Budget:
The expenses are for the materials and for their snacks when our workshop
ends. The budget for these is estimated to be ₱500.00 -₱1000.00.
IX. Monitoring and Evaluation:
This project will be over all managed by the 3rd Year BSED Students as well as
the adviser.

I. Project Title: Workshop on Mathematics Empowerment (Four Fundamental Operations)

II. Project Proponent: The BSED 3rd YEAR STUDENTS OF SLSU-CBM
III. Project Rationale: This project enhances the computational skills and abilities of the
pupils. They can also learn to apply these skills in real life situations.
IV. Project Objectives:
 To expose the pupils in real world analysis.
 To enhance the computational skills of the pupils.
 To promote the importance of computations using the four fundamental
operations in mathematics.
V. Project Description:
This project aims to help the Grade 6 pupils of Magbagacay Elementary School
through workshops every Tuesday and Friday starting November 20 until November 26,
2018.
VI. Project Duration:
 Buying of materials will be done on November 17, 2018.
 Meeting with the teacher will be conducted on November 19, 2018(Monday).
 Distribution of four fundamental operations materials would be on the first
workshop session that would be on November 20, 2018.
 The workshop starts on November 20, 2018 (Tuesday) up to November 26, 2018
(Tuesday).
