DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

OF A PORTION OF A
REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, GIL D. TORMIS, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of

North Mapang, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte, is one of the rightful and
legal heirs of the owner of a parcel of land, SEVERA CARPENTERO, more
particularly describes as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 387-C) of the subdivision plan, PSD-09-034604,

being a portion of Lot 387, Pls-100, Dapitan Public land Subd. situated in the
Barangay of Mapang, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte; covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. T-64424; containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE (8,989) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY

THOUSAND (=P150,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged to my entire and full satisfaction, I hereby
sell, cede, transfer and convey, by way of absolute sale, all my rights,
shares and interests, over the said parcel of land, a portion equivalent to an
area of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THREE (233) SQUARE METERS only
and the improvements found therein, in favor of ANNALIE R. COLONG,
Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of South Mapang, Rizal,
Zamboanga del Norte, her heirs and successors-in-interests, free from all
liens and encumbrances.
