ADVERTISEMENT TO RUN SHOPS AS REGIMENTAL INSTITUTION

AT NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY, KHADAKWASLA

1. Applications are hereby invited ONLY for War Widows/Widows of Defence

Personnel Killed While on Duty/Disabled Solider/Ex-Servicemen & Spouses/Widows of
Ex-Serviceman interested in running business as Regimental Institution/ Regimental
Shops at National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla.

2. The application to comprise of the following things.

(a) Self attested declaration certifying that the applicant is either of the
following :-

(i) War Widow.

(ii) Widows of Defence Personnel Killed While on Duty.
(iii) Disabled Soldier.
(iv) Ex-Servicemen.
(v) Spouse of Ex-Serviceman.
(vi) Widow of Ex-Serviceman.

(b) Applicant to submit self-attested photocopies of all documents supporting

his claim as in Para 2 (a). Original documents will be asked to be provided at a
later date. Documents are required with application are as under :-

(i) Photocopy of PPO.

(ii) Photocopy of Ex-Servicemen Identity Card issued by Zila Sainik

Board/Competent Authority.

(iii) Photocopy of Pension Book.

(c) Category of business/regimental shop for which applied. Each person can
apply for only one category of business.

(d) Applied for one premise/unit or two adjacent unit. (Two adjacent shops will
be available only for Eateries, Grocery an Outdoor/Adventure activity shops).

(e) Details of current business activity.

(f) Past experience in running the business (for which applied for) along
details. Past experience should be in the same business for which application is
submitted.

4. Last date for receipt of application extended to 31 October 2019. Application to
