RULES AND REGULATION FOR THE PARTICIPANTS

1. Tournament is open only for architecture students and colleges

2. Every player of the team should fill the form and any one from the team
should pay the registration fees
3. Online registration closes on 14th August 2019 on 11.59pm
4. All team should report to the registration desk at least 3 hours prior to the
event
5. Players must come in proper attire during the tournaments
6. Player should bring their own kit and sports equipment
7. All players must bring their college id cards and bonafide, without which the
participants will not be allowed to participate in the event
8. The rules will be followed according to the concerned federation, the officials
decision will remain final
9. Accommodation and food will be provided to the external participants at
rs200/day
10.Caution deposit of rs1000/college should be payed for accommodation,
which will be returned later
11.Keep the belongings at your own risk. College is not responsible for any lost
belongings
12.Consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited. If caught strict
action will be taken
13.Fixtures for all the teams will be drawn on lot basis
14.Matches will be conducted as per the fixtures framed. Team should report
30 mins before the commencement of the game
15.All the participating teams shall be governed by the campus rule in force
16.In case of any physical fight the whole college will be disqualified and sent
out of college
17.In case of a malpractice committed by the player(s), the team will be
disqualified from the tournament
18.Sports committee has all the rights to change the date and time of the
matches in case of unfavourable weather condition
RULES FOR EACH SPORT
TABLE TENNIS (Registration fee rs1000/team)
• One team of doubles per college is permitted
• Only one set which consists of 11 points
• All matches are on knock out basis
• Every team should report before 30 mins of the match
CARROM (boys and girls) (Registration fee rs1000/team)
• Doubles of 2 teams for boys and girls is permitted per college
• 3 sets on point basis
• International rules will be followed
• All matches are on knock out basis
• Every team should report before 10 mins of the match
CHESS (boys and girls) (Registration fee rs1000/team)
• 1 boy and girl per college is permitted
• Swiss system tournament
• All matches are on knock out basis
• Every player should bring their own chess board
CRICKET (Registration fee rs2000/team)
• 11 players and 4 substitutes
• Match will be held for 15 overs and final will be 20 overs
• International rules will be followed
• Umpires decision is final
• All matches are on knock out basis
• For every match team should pay rs400 for ball
• Every team should come in whites and bring their own kit
• Every team should report before 30 mins of the match
VOLLEYBALL (Registration fee rs1500/team)
• 6 main players and 6 substitutes
• Total of three sets and each set contains 15 points
• Referee decision is final
• All matches are on knock out basis
• Every team should report before 30 mins of the match
FOOTBALL 5’s (2 teams/college)(Registration fee rs1500/team)
• 5 players and 3 running substitutes
• Match duration will be 10 - 5 – 10
• Referee decision is final
• Every team should come with a proper kit
• All matches are on knock out basis
• Every team should report before 30 mins of the match
BASKETBALL (Registration fee rs1500/team)
• 5 players and 7 substitutes
• Match duration will be 7 – 3 – 7 – 5 – 7 – 3 – 7
• Every team has 1minute break for each half
• Referee decision is final
• All matches are on knock out basis
• Every team should report before 30 mins of the match
THROWBALL (only for girls) (Registration fee rs1500/team)
• 9 players and 3 substitutes
• Total of three sets and each set contains 15 points
• Referee decision is final
• All matches are on knock out basis
• Every team should report before 30 mins of the match
