Subject: FIR against the owner of Great Bharat Circus along with promoters CIDCO officials as granting
permission to perform for profit, for the violation of section 120-B, 188, 268, 289, 409, 428, 429 and section 3,
11 and 38 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 with breach of trust.
Kindly refer to the PETA complaint, submitted to the Animal Welfare Board of India along with evidences,
because said circus performing without permission of AWBI & they found ill-treatment with the animals,
they submitted reports to AWBI instead lodging complaint to the Police to rescue abused animals, whereas
the operator of circus renamed Golden Circus to Great Bharat Circus to misguide the authorities, breach
their trust for personal gain & profit.
As per AWBI letter dated 19-11-2019, confirmed by Police as well: 14 Dogs, 2 Horses, 2 Camels, 2 Emu with
exotic birds as Macow - Kakatau, all these animals untrained, compelled to perform, adopting criminal
conspiracy - forged mechanism, besides it Camel native place Gujarat - Rajasthan, without any
transportation rules & regulations.
Whereas Great Bharat Circus, illegally procured animals adopting criminal conspiracy - smuggling from
abroad, hence Great Bharat Circus violated section 120-B, 188, 268, 289, 409, 428, 429 and section 3, 11 and
38 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, breach of trust with the protection of CIDCO corrupt
officials.
Hence, FIR may kindly be lodged, asked local authorities to rescue all abused animals without any further
delay, restoring five freedoms after confiscating them for further treatment, care & shelter.

Copy forwarded for information & immediate necessary action to:
1. Collector cum District Magistrate, Raigad.
2. Superintendent of Police, Raigad.
3. AWD of the Ministry to direct AWBI to authorize activist under section 14 of the Performing Animals
Rules, 2001, directing them to submit their report under section 15 of the Performing Animals Rules, 2001,
because Secretary of the AWBI don’t have legal knowledge about Rules.

5. Resident Commissioner of Maharashtra at Delhi.
