Respected Principal, Teaching Faculty & Dear Children, “Good Morning /

Afternoon Children”. I on behalf of our organization Care Promise Welfare Society,
convey my sincere thanks to the school management for giving us a chance to create
awareness among the school children regarding Cancer & Hepatitis-B. Our society is
working to generate awareness in public about dreaded diseases like cancer & hepatitis
to the extent possible to help needy patients affected by diseases. Our NGO was
established & registered in year 2002 and since then we have been providing financial

students in more than 6000 schools all over India and have also helped more than 200
patients with Rs. 50 Lakhs of donations.

I would like to tell you why awareness is required. You will be too astonished to
know that 80% patients of cancer like chronic diseases can be saved if it is diagnosed in
the primary stage. Many primary symptoms of cancer are painless & many people in the
beginning do not believe that they can suffer from cancer like complicated diseases.
Please do not ignore any such symptoms and quick medical check-up must be done.

First I will talk about Hepatitis. Hepatitis is found in many forms such as HEP, A, B,
C, D & E.

to be used, then ensure that it should be boiled for 20 minutes & start counting
20 minutes after it starts boiling.
