RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT is made and executed on this the 28TH Day of November 2019 by and
between Mrs. K.Nagaraj, hereinafter called the LESSOR/OWNER on the ONE PART And

Mr.Vinay.N behalf of Arura Agrotech Enterprises hereinafter called the LESSEE/TENANT on the
OTHER PART witnesseth as follows;

The term Lessor and Lessee which expression shall mean and include their respective legal heirs,
representatives, administrators, successors and assigns.

WHEREAS the Lessor is the absolute owner of the schedule premises and has agreed to let out the
same to the Lessee and the Lessee has agreed to take the same on rent under the following terms and
conditions;

NOW THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS;

1. The Tenancy period is for 3 year from 26st Nov 2019.

2. The Lessee shall pay a lease amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) towards
the rent of the property.

3. The lessor and lessee hereby agree to give 1 (One) month notice in case of earlier termination
of the lease hereof.

4. The Lessee shall use the scheduled premises strictly for business purpose only. He should not
indulge in any un-lawful activities and should not carry on any business or store any materials
prohibited by law and also cause any damage to the structure and safety of the premises.

5. The Lessor agreed to permit the lessee to use the signage place available on the building
corresponding to the area covered to the ground floor of the property and shall ensure that
the signage/board of the other tenants in the building do not encroach upon or displayed in
the area.

6. Lessee shall get all necessary licenses for the purpose of carrying on the business and shall pay
all the charges for purpose of getting the license and renew the license at his cost, and pay all
the taxes such as GST, Income taxes and other taxes liable to be paid towards the said business
and the Lessor shall give no objections letter or consent letter for the said purpose, if required.

On agreeing the above terms and conditions, the parties hitherto have signed and executed this Rental
Agreement on this 28th day of November 2019 in the presence of the following witnesses.
