II. Rationale: The Community- Based Monitoring System is a data gathering

project designed to gather information/ data at the household level in the 49
component barangays of Tuguegarao City. The project is intended to validate and
update the database of the city households and barangays.

The CBMS database is important as it will be used in the planning and budgeting
processes for the City Government. CBMS will be used in evidence based planning
and budgeting.

Module II will be a training and workshop on the installation and usage of the CBMS
mapping application.

III. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS:

a. Meals and Snacks: 45 pax x ₱ 450x3 days
