In my opinion we can't just know people personality with only testing. It takes such a
long time to recognize people personality not just that one piece of paper can help. I
mean some of the useful questions can help but not all. I feel this way for two reasons.
Firstly, I think Secondly, I think It would waste some amount talented candidates
because in some case they might not be qualify for that test but it's much easier to see
their quality by just get to know them by their personality in person. For example
