We are a specialist healthcare company who specialise in working with
healthcare assistants and nurses. If your application is approved, you will
be employed by us and work in a care home or nursing home managed
by its owner.

About the role

A large part of our jobs involve feeding, cleaning and looking after elderly or disabled
people with demanding medical conditions. The job is very rewarding, but can be hard
work so you must feel confident that you can do it before you accept a job.

More than just a job

We think it is important to reward the trust you put in us, so we offer you more than
just a job: We pay you more money the longer you work for us (always above minimum
wage) and guarantee you a minimum number of hours work every week.
We do not offer zero hour contracts. We can look after you like this because you’re
employed directly by us, but do your daily work in the care home that hires you.

We offer additional training and further education to all our healthcare employees.
From Level 2 to Level 3 or equivalent.

We know it can be a daunting prospect moving to a new country - So our team do everything possible to ensure
your move goes as smoothly as possible.

From your first enquiry to arriving at the work placement in the UK, our team provide support and advice.

Our team can assist with the following:

Our training team provide a 5 day training course at our hotel in

If you have little or no previous healthcare experience,
you can join our company as a trainee.

program, we will assist you in booking your travel to the UK.

Our training centre is based at The Highfield Hotel in

Bradford, West Yorkshire.

 Training that is above the essentials
The course incorporates blended training: Classroom-based practical
training and online knowledge learning.

Our online training platform is designed to make studying the Care

Certificate quicker and easier. It does this by condensing the amount
of work you need to do into intense, yet manageable units of study.

It works on all platforms, including mobiles and tablets so you can

connect and study wherever is best for you.
PRACTICAL TRAINING

As long as you work with us for a minimum of
ONLINE TRAINING 12 months, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
