Assessment:
 Gradual assessment based on how student performance sounds during rehearsal. Assessing how they sound and what they
need work on will determine exactly what I need to say and spend time on during our rehearsal.

Reflection:
 The ensemble is beginning to really understand the music for this concert cycle. They are much more receptive to critical
feedback from me and their musicality is improving greatly. These pieces are starting to really come together and I have faith
that they will be ready for their concert in a few weeks.
