DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation is made and entered into by and between FATIHA DANAO and MILA
OSOP, all Filipinos, of legal age and residents of Lumakil, Poblacion, Polomolok, South Cotabato,
Philippines, hereinafter known as the DONORS; - and - MINDANAO TRUE WORDS
ASSOCIATION, with Office address at ________________________________, represented by HABIB
B. ABO, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Lumakil, Poblacion, Polomolok, South Cotabato,
Philippines, hereinafter known as the DONEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the Donors are the true owners of certain parcels of land which are more particularly
described as follows:

“A parcel of land known as Lot 5-B, (LRC) Psd-250551, situated in Lumakil, Polomolok,
South Cotabato, containing an area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FIFTY TWO (18,052) Square
Meters, more or less and covered by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-24903,
registered in the name of FATIHA DANAO.”

That for and in consideration of the love, kindness and generosity which the Donors have for the
Donee, the said Donors hereby voluntarily and freely convey and transfer, by way of doanation, unto the
Donee, the SIX HUNDRED (600) Square Meters, (as part of the EIGHT THOUSAND (8,000) square
meters, more or less, now owned by Donor MILA OSOP), of the above-described parcels of land, free
from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature.

That the Donors do hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this Donation, that they
have reserved for themselves in full ownership sufficient properties to support them in a manner
appropriate to their needs;

That the Donee hereby receives and accepts this Donation of the above-described real
properties, and do hereby express his gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the Donors.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ____ day of
