TOPIC: CURRENT AND FUTURE TRENDS OF MEDIA AND INFORMATION.


The teacher starts the lesson through a prayer and check daily attendance of students and use
games to review the past lesson and relate to the present. He uses different materials/ in the
classrooms like video presentation and power point presentation to discuss the lesson.
(contextualization) the teacher localize the lesson by using the available materials available in the
computer laboratory room that is commonly use in the teaching process.
The students express their understanding about the current and future trends in media and
information by doing the activity given. He also asked the students about the current trends of media
and information and the impact to the life of every students. He also solicit ideas and opinion from the
students about the advantage and disadvantage of current trends in media and information. He
presented a video of future trends of media and information entitled ‘Watch your Day in 2020’. He
allows the students to answer the questions or activity on the board. He relates the lesson to daily life
situation and applied knowledge of content within and across curriculum teaching areas. He also Uses
a range of teaching strategies that enhance learner achievement in literacy and numeracy skills.
He manages learner behavior constructively by applying positive and non-violent discipline to
ensure learning-focused environments. Applies a range of teaching strategies to develop critical and
creative thinking, as well as other higher-order thinking skills. He come up with assessment that
applies the advantage and disadvantage of current and future trends in media and information.
