RESPONSIBILITIES

 Reviewed engineering documentation issued for construction, Ensured Installations conform to

Project Codes and Standards, Excellent Knowledge in Mill Right Trade Practices and Ability to use
and Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Equipment of stationary and Rotatory.
  Involved in coordination testing of piping networks for PT, RT and Hydro testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fabrication: Supervise activity from shop DEW. In these shops manufactured parts steel structure,
beams, platforms, ladder, columns, and shade for batching plant, shade for pump’s plant, shade for car,
access platforms, brackets, handrails, ladders, structural supports for pipe supports. Steel items for
civilians work: insert plates, embedded insert plates, frames, trolley, toilets, lifting beams, structural,
supports for electric and instrumentals panels, steel templates fit compressors, pumps and another
static or rotating equipment gates, doors for powers room, covers pit, lifting man baskets, steel mates,
and racks for gas cylinder, In these shops fabricate stainless steel spools and stainless steel supports for
pipe all type of size.
KNOWLEDGE ABOUT DRAWINGS

Ability to read and understand of all types drawing to execute the work as per quality.
Such as One line piping dwgs, Plan dwgs, Isometric dwgs, P&ID Drawings, Engineering flow diagram,
Process flow diagram, Supports dwgs, lay out dwgs and 3d models.
