Based on the lectures and power point made by our fellow classmates is about certificates that needs to be carried
at all times and also doing only what you are allowed to do and only your field of work. Before operating the
operator must issue a list of policies and guidelines for his employees and before you may be qualified to have
Aircraft Operator Certificate you must obtained and follow rules and regulation before being qualified to obtain
the certificate and facilities and to ensure the safety of the passengers and employees having A.O.C has a lot of
things that follows and need to be followed and security training program follows with it. The employees must
follow safety procedures to follow to lessen the possible consequence acts of unlawful interference and as an
operator you must not allowed to transport dangerous goods and safety management is accompanied with set of
rules need to be followed to ensure safety for the both company the passengers and the airport personnel and
every flight must be accompanied by medical aid and veterinary for animals and goods that need to be controlled
like drugs and other medical matter must be controlled by a personnel during the time of the flight and also wet
cells batteries must be kept secured and in aviation they are always evolving to ensure a safe flight safe landing
and safe airport for the passengers and the personnel for better aviation industry.

Philippine Civil Aviation Regulation part 10 (Commercial air transport by foreign air carries within republic of the
Philippines)

P.C.A.R. part 10 is about regulation prescribes requirements applicable to the operation of any civil aircraft
including airplane and helicopter but the part 10 does not apply with military aircraft, customs and police services
and which not used for compensate or hire. It also discussed that an authority that is authorized by the Philippine
republic to inspect a foreign aircraft and as a regulation an aircraft must be equipped with radio and other
equipment’s used for navigational purposes. Without the validation if Air Operator Certificate no foreign operator
may commence commercial air transport. The director general may also issue a validation of air operator
certificate and also condition and limitation issued shall be specify which specific operations and validity of an air
operator certificate is at least 30 days before the end of the existing period of validity. The foreign air operator
must have a aircraft technical log system containing the following aircraft information and as an aircraft operator
he or she must ensure that the aircraft is equipped with the following manuals, documents and licenses carried on
flight in and to republic of the Philippines. All in all P.C.A.R part 10 is about the air operator that he or she must
obtained and followed during the flight and the certificates that he or she must ensure equipped in the aircraft and
also preserving the original data must be preserved after an incident and also it is composed of single engine and
single pilot and flight rules and flight crew members.
