Chunking Process
Chunking process’s being compared to completing a puzzle board; but maybe “crystallization” would be a better
explanation of chunking process. In crystallization we have a core crystal (basic chunk) beside an appropriate
environment (learning environment) and the crystal gradually gets bigger and heavier turning to something
beautiful and valuable.

Procrastination
We procrastinate about things that make us feel uncomfortable. we think about something we don’t like, and the
pain centers of our brain light up. So we focus to something more enjoyable.

We can easily fall into procrastination and it can be like domino and gradually hold us down; so it is very important
to get control of procrastination by some techniques and tools such as pomodoro technique.
