Project Title: A study on effectiveness of training programme conducted in Network
Clothing Company (P) Ltd, Tirupur.
The study helps to evaluate “The effectiveness of the training programme”
conducted in “network clothing company (p) ltd.This study helps to identify
whether the employees need training.This study helps to know whether the
employees are satisfied with the trainer’s performance.Based on the analysis, the
training programme in an organization was effective.From the analysis, it is clear that
even though the company is providing sufficient training programme for the
employees, they require some more training programme.

MBA Main project:

Project Title: Profit planning and Control in MG Cotton Company (P) Ltd, Avinashi.
For profit planning the tool used is cost benefit analysis because this is the
best indicator of the performance management and profit planning. Profitability and
liquidity are the most important aspect of a corporate business life. No firm can
survive without the profitability and liquidity. The financial performance of the
company during the last five years has been moderately satisfied.
