We can say that a Business is an organized effort of individuals to produce and sell

goods and services In order to satisfy the needs of society. It is an effort that
entrepreneurs make with an expectation of profit. Most entrepreneurs here in our
county starts with a Small business for it can be easily funded and managed. It is
also independently owned and requires less capital.

The report entitled “S mall Business is Possible” was discussed by third group
which is composed of our classmates Trisha Caponpon and Ronniel Carandang.
The Kinds of Small Business was discussed as well as its Characteristics,
Advantages, Disadvantages and Major Economic Contribution. The Major
Differences between Big and Small Businesses is further discussed by the
reporters for it plays a major role in understanding the concept of Business
Management. Trisha Caponpon, who is one of the reporters, introduced the
meaning and concept Business and the whats of being an Entrepreneur. She also
further discussed the Types of Productive Resources as well as the Kinds of Small
Businesses. A table was presented which shows the difference difference between
Big and Small business for wider understanding of the concept. On the other
hand Ronniel Carandang elaborated the Advantages and Disadvantages of Small
Business. The Major Economic Cobtribution of Small Businesses was also
discussed by Mr. Carandang.

After the discussion, the reporters provided a short quiz in order to evaluate the
learnings picked up by the students in their discussion. Almost everyone passed
and aced the Test showing the effectiveness of the Reporters. This also shows that
the reporters exerted enough effort in order to teach and ellaborate concepts
accordingly.
