RE: Students with Special Needs
Mr. Arvin Celeste asked for the reports about students with special needs from each of the
advisers from the Junior High School Department. The reports stated:
THAT no student from each section from the Junior High School Department has a special need
mentally or psychologically.
THAT there are instead students who have special need physically. Some of those students are
left-handed, and they are having a hard time in writing because of the kind of armchair they are
using.
THAT the other special need of some students physically is that they are nearsighted.
THAT the advisers should find a way to immediately act on the problems of the students who are
nearsighted. One action they may use is transferring those students near the blackboard.
THAT for those students who are left-handed, he will make a report about it, stating the number of
left-handed students from each section, the possible solutions and how they will help those
students.
THAT he will submit the report to Mr. Paolo Emmanuel Santos, The school’s Chief Operating
Officer, for him to approve the presented solution and provide financial support for it.
THAT before making the report, each adviser should get the name of their students who are left-
handed and their total number, and pass it afterwards to Mr. Celeste.
THAT once the proposal is approved, they will have a meeting again as to what will be the next
action. It will also be for the update about the current condition of the nearsighted students after
the initial actions done by the advisers.
