TRAINING DESIGN

Title: District Based Palo I Teachers Team Building

Theme: “District Teachers Team Building: Going forward with Strengthen Camaraderie and Unity”

Rationale:

The Palo 1 District as composed of 10 schools comprises 180 teachers, thus these teachers need
and deserve time to be updated through different ways in boosting the morals, improve interactions and establish
a culture of collaboration. Having this initiative and activity make teachers work together to plan, share ideas, and
support each other.

Objective:

This team building activity aims to:

1. Develop the importance of unity.

2. Boost the moral and integrity of teachers.

3. Understand the different culture and custom each teacher has.

Expected Participants:

180 teachers and 10 Stake holders

Expected Output:

1. There will be understanding to each teacher’s uniqueness.

2. Upheaval of each teacher’s mentality towards the profession they are into.

3. Improved culture-wise socialization towards the co-profession personnel and to the society.

Budgetary Requirements:

A budget of 100,000 pesos for the said Activity.

Wrap Up

Post Training Activities:

The participants are expected to uphold to the profession they have. There will also be an increase in
positive attributes in each teacher’s relationship towards the society and camaraderie to their co-teachers.
