01 Abstract
TASUKI – FTP is a new blockchain platform that allows loved ones, partners, and a
circle of friends to strengthen their relationship, so that they can share the happiness
and sadness in their lives in the event of a death – regardless of their distance and
time difference.

TASUKI-FTP aims to be The utility-model electronic tokens used

“TASUKI-FTP is a block chain” – which will be the number one and unique among the
business for the end of the life.

TASUKI Ltd., will provide its own block chain platform “TASUKI-FTP” in the business for
the end of the life. Family tree is a family tree derived from the drawing of genealogies
of the royal family in medieval Europe in a single tree motif. At the same time, the
family is a link between blood relationship, relatives, partners, ethnic groups, religions
and sects, people who share the same ideological beliefs. TASUKI-FTP is a new block
chain platform that allows you to deepen your bonds with important family members,
partners and colleagues beyond distance and time, and share the joy and sadness of
your life.

When users register family tree information (family information) or personal information,
they are eligible to obtain TASUKI CASH (TSKC).
TSKC is proprietary token that is flowing within TASUKI platform. Users registers
personal information and obtain TSKC to purchase goods and services from companies

02 Industry overview
As time and technology advance, so do the ways we live and manage our
personal information and property. This shift in technology has brought much
convenience and ease of everyday life for its users, however it has also presented
us with new difficulties in handing over this information and property to family
and friends after a loved one passes away.

Accessing these accounts and information can take several weeks or months, or in
some cases, can be lost forever. In other situations, family or friends may not even be
aware of the digital property which is meant to be passed on.

In the event of death, the troubles associated with accessing the deceased individual’s
online accounts can place unnecessary stress and burden on loved ones who are
already going through a difficult time.

Everything from banking to file storage, digital assets, and social media have become
digital, making it increasingly difficult to access after passing.

Although traditional processes exist involving the handover of more tangible assets
such as money, these processes are centralized and outdated. In most situations, they
cannot facilitate the transfer of digital property, and certainly not in a completely secure
way.

In a world where privacy is becoming increasingly important, we are in desperate need

of new, modernized processes to streamline the handover of inheritances.

03 The problem
The loss of a family member is always difficult to deal with in itself, and is unfortunately
often accompanied by additional troubles involving the handover of property, digital
information, and funeral costs.

THESE PROBLEM
01. Challenge of family connections
AREAS OFTEN
Sometimes the means to prove a family connection
INCLUDE: can be difficult to produce, especially with
documentation often being largely centralized or
paper-based. Destroyed documents or system
entries can lead to unproven links, leading to failure
of inheritances, or more.

02. Deleting digital personal data

Since the majority of today’s personal information is

managed digitally, on-hand information at the time
of death such as contacts, pictures, and messages,
should be passed on to the bereaved family and/or
deleted.

In current will and testament systems, effective

services which manage the handover or destruction
of sensitive digital data do not exist. The only current
way to deal with this issue is to utilise third parties,
which in most cases carry a high level of risk to
privacy and security.

6.

THESE PROBLEM
03. Funeral cost fundraising
AREAS OFTEN
If there are no legal successors due to a lack of
INCLUDE: a proof of kinship, there will be nobody who can
legally request funeral expenses in the form of
donations. The high remittance fees associated
with fiat currencies also make it very costly and
difficult to make small remittances.

04. Issues of testament

Sometimes information which is meant to be

provided to families and friends after death – such
as wills or other information – do not make it to
those people.

There is currently no mechanism which effectively

secures the communication of pre-death intentions.
Current will processes are also very centralized
and cumbersome.

The ability of third parties to view will or inheritance

information is a risk in itself, which can lead to
interference.

04 The solution – Tasuki
The majority of the problems above are strongly associated with technology and
security.

Centralized database systems improve technological compatibility, however the

limitations on privacy and security are not suitable for the sensitive nature of the
information involved.

Fortunately, the emergence of blockchain technology has given us the means to

interact more effectively with technology, while also enhancing security and efficiency
by removing the need for third parties.

Building the Tasuki platform on a blockchain system allows us to preserve the integrity
of sensitive client information, while streamlining a whole range of processes that come
with the death of loved ones.

4.1 What does the Tasuki Platform do?

The Tasuki platform will enable the automation and streamlining of a variety of processes
associated with the death of a family member.

Phase 1 of the Tasuki project will incorporate a range of foundational features, listed
below.

8.
Copyright © TASUKI Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
4.1.1. Family tree function

Platform users will be able to build a

verifiable family tree on the Tasuki platform.

The tree will document and verify three

major life events:

   Birth

   Marriage

   Farewell(death)

Storing such a family tree on the blockchain is useful for a variety of reasons; paper-
based family trees and associated documents present a single point of failure, and can
be easily misplaced or damaged. They may also be incorrectly copied or modified, be
it in a malicious manner, or by accident.

4.1.2. Distribution fund using family tree

The platform will support the creation of a family fund. This fund will utilize smart
contracts to automatically pay out inheritances and other payments such as donations,
upon a verification of death.

9.
Copyright © TASUKI Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
4.1.3. Organizing digital artifacts

Important digital property can be automatically managed with the Tasuki platform. This
can include the handover of key digital information such as login information and files,
as well as the destruction of sensitive digital items if required.

The handover of digital property can be executed automatically to both family and
other third parties, such as friends or colleagues.

4.1.4. Will and testaments for other property

and permissions

The Tasuki platform will also facilitate the handover of non-monetary property. This
could include – but is not limited to – things such as company control, pets and tangible
goods, and more.

4.1.5. Contacting family members at time of death

Tasuki also facilitates the registration of

all extended family contact details, so that
they may notified at the time of the death of
a loved one.

In regular situations, this requires significant

manual effort, as a family member must
contact everyone individually and estranged
family members can often be forgotten or
uncontactable.

Tasuki enables automatic and instant

notification to all family members at the
time of a death.

10.
Copyright © TASUKI Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
4.1.6. The key – activating the smart contract

A “key” such as a death certificate will be programmed into the platform, which will
execute any post-death actions.

Once this key is submitted and verified, pre-programmed actions such as handover or
destruction of digital property, payments, and more, will be automatically fulfilled by the
system.

4.1.7. Compatible with all major devices

The Tasuki platform will be cross-compatible across all major platforms including PCs,
smartphones, and tablets, as well as major social media platforms.

It will be available for Windows, IOS,

and android systems.

05 Use case examples
Use Case #1
Ms. A and her husband were originally from two very different cities, but met in Tokyo
while working at the same organization.
Despite both of them having large families, they were never able to meet each other’s
relatives after their marriage, due to long distance.
There was a case in which Ms. A lost touch with her uncle for some time, and by the
time she attempted to reconnect with him, his phone number had changed.

Ms. A’s brother in law’s email address also became invalid without her husband’s
knowledge, and it took Ms. A more than half a year to find out that her niece in Okinawa
had a child. The couple felt somewhat excluded and lonely in Tokyo, being away from
their families.
That said, Ms. A decided to use TASUKI app to create the couple’s family tree. By
using the Tasuki platform, contact details such as phone numbers and email addresses
for all relatives registered in this family tree can be updated instantly. Also, upon the
birth of a new family member, the tree will be updated.

One unexpected thing which the couple enjoyed was constant updates on the platform
by their local relatives. This included things such as “The Okinawa Eisa will start today!”
and “My cousin will be participating in the lantern festival!” The couple felt much more
connected with their wider family, while still being physically away.
They decided to visit the husband’s parents’ house together during the Golden Week
Holidays.

Use Case #2
Mr. B received news that his father had fainted at his house, and was
taken to hospital.

He rushed to the hospital, however unfortunately was unable to make

it before his father’s death. The funeral was held locally, without any
issues.

During a train ride back to his home, Mr. B’s Tasuki smartphone app
displayed a message. Tasuki is an app which Mr. B’s father had
registered with, and was using with his relatives. The service enables
users to make a family tree and share SNS and calendar functions with
people who are part of the same family tree.

The message from TASUKI reads, “Would you like to receive inheritance
from your father? Yes/No”. Of course, Mr. B selected, “Yes” without
hesitation. Then, he received a “key” to open the folder named “My
Treasure”.

Family A A Funeral service Contract execution

He used the key to access the folder, and found the pictures of himself from when
he was little, videos of him playing sports when he was in junior high school, and his
college entrance ceremony, which he had never seen before. When he thought of his
father naming the records, “My Treasure”, he burst into tears, even though he did not
shed a tear during the funeral.

Use Case #3
Mr. C had a partner that he was with for many years, besides his wife.
His smartphone contained the partner’s contact details, photos and
messages.

One day, he passed out at work and was taken to the hospital. As he was
laying on the hospital bed, he became more concerned about his family
becoming hurt from the contents of his phone than his own death.

He searched for what can be done about his digital inheritance, and
found out about an app called “TASUKI”. TASUKI allows users to specify
actions and conditions to be assigned to data, transaction history and
records in SNS, and other information saved in a contract owner’s smart
phone(s) and computers.

Once the contract owner’s death certificate is issued, these specified

actions and conditions will be executed automatically.
For the sake of his family and partner, Mr. C decided to purchase
TASUKI tokens and predetermine which data to keep, and which data
should be deleted in the event of his death.

addition to having the advantage of having the market share of 1, it has a very high
profile in the funeral industry and synergy with TASUKI’s platform concept for the
business for the end of the life is immeasurable. We, TASUKI LTD, selected Japan as
a test site for introducing the TASUKI platform. This is because Japan is confronted
with a super multi-death society that is unparalleled among developed countries, and if
we can succeed in the introduction test under such a circumstance, we are convinced
that the TASUKI platform will spread all over the world.
