Ø Dala your voice was clear and loud.

Ø Dala uses some rewarding words like (excellent), as well as, she gives
strikers to the students.
Dala you need to work on classroom management skills, think about giving
the students you class rules at the beginning of the class. Use bell when you
want to attract student’s attention.

Ø Dala starts her lesson by welcoming the students.
Ø Then she writes a formula on the white board and asks students to
answers (26 +36).
 Ø Then she writes another formula and asks the students to work
individually on their small white board, she gives them a time to work and
then she sees the answers, try to solve the formula on the white board.
Ø She asks the students to go back to the group and answers the
worksheet.
Ø She walks around the groups, helps the students and encourage them to
work on the activity.
Ø She corrects the answers.
Ø She provides extra work for students who finished earlier.

Ø To assess student’s understanding Dala provides students with different
tasks related to the lesson concept.

Comments:
Ø Dala was able to make very astute observations about her own strengths
and weaknesses! For this reason, I know that her progress will be
significant in her future teaching lesson.
