COURSE SYLLABUS

Name: Introduction to Statistics leading to Agricultural Research Units: 3.0

Description: This course will prepare the students in the field of agricultural research. Throughout the course, the students will be
exposed to different statistical methods/techniques in experimental research design.
Course Outcome: The student is able to do the following:
 submit a portfolio of all written inputs/outputs or projects
 pass the preliminary exam to check basic understanding of statistics & probability
 perform on-site at least one analysis/treatment of simulated data for experimental research design
