Who can join?

1. This raffle is open to all new and existing Smart Prepaid, TNT, Sun Prepaid, and Smart Bro Prepaid subscribers.

2. Subscribers who register to the raffle promo are entitled to earn raffle entries through the following:
a. VIA TOP-UP OF AIRTIME/REGULAR LOAD: Prepaid subscribers who top-up airtime/regular
load via the different available loading channels including prepaid load cards during the promo
period is entitled to earn raffle entries.
b. VIA AVAILING QUALIFIED GIGA OFFERS: Prepaid subscribers who top-up qualified GIGA
offers via the different available loading channels or use their airtime/regular load to subscribe to
qualified GIGA data offers during the promo period is entitled to earn raffle entries.

3. Sun Bro Prepaid, Sun Bro Postpaid, Sun Postpaid, Smart Postpaid, and Smart Signature Plan subscribers are not
qualified to join the raffle promo.

How to register to the promo?

1. The subscriber will receive an SMS notification to inform him about the raffle promo.

2. The subscriber may also see the details of this promo through the Smart, TNT, and Sun websites, billboards, radio,
TV, etc.

3. To join the promo, the subscriber is required to register through UMB by dialing *123# on his mobile phone.

4. The subscriber shall opt-in to the raffle promo’s Terms and Conditions and Smart’s Data Privacy Policy before he
can register and join the raffle promo.

5. Subscriber must register the following information via UMB to join the raffle promo:

a. Full Name
b. Complete Address
c. Date of Birth
d. Mobile Number (pre-filled up on UMB)

6. The details provided during the registration process will be used to validate the identity of the subscriber should he
win any of the prizes during the Weekly and Grand raffle draws.

7. Only one registration per mobile number is allowed.

8. Registration via UMB

a. The subscriber will dial *123# on his mobile phone to access the UMB menu. Smart Broadband
subscribers should transfer their SIM cards to a mobile phone before they can dial *123# and access
the registration menu.
b. The subscriber will register by following this menu flow:
i. Select “GIGAFY Your Love” by entering “1” and clicking “Send” or “Reply.”
ii. Select “Register to Join Raffle” by entering “3” and clicking “Send” or “Reply.”
iii. Agree to the Data Privacy Policy Consent by selecting “Agree” by entering “1” and clicking “Send”
or “Reply.”
iv. Enter the details required as mentioned in #5.
v. Review that all details provided are correct and confirm by entering “1” and clicking “Send” or
“Reply.”

c. After confirming the details provided, an SMS will be sent to the subscriber informing him that his
registration to the raffle promo is successful. The SMS confirmation will serve as your proof that you
are already registered to the promo.

d. Repeated registration is not allowed. An SMS confirmation will inform the subscriber that he is already
registered to the raffle promo.

e. The subscriber may inquire his earned raffle entries or view the mechanics of the raffle by going
through the UMB menu and selecting the corresponding option.

9. The prizes will only be awarded to the person registered to the winning number after validation.

10. Smart reserves the right not to award the prize should there be any issues in validating the identity of the
claimant vs. registered details of the winning number.

How to earn raffle entries and win prizes?

1. Successful registration to the raffle promo is required to start earning raffle entries.

2. The subscriber may .start earning raffle entries only after successful registration to the promo through

UMB (*123#). Top-ups, purchases, Smart Reward Stars conversion, or subscriptions to qualified GIGA

offers before successful registration will not earn raffle entries.

3. Top-ups, purchases, or subscriptions made by a subscriber during the promo period is entitled to earn raffle

entries. A Prepaid subscriber who claimed any qualified GIGA data offer using his Smart Reward Stars will also

earn the corresponding raffle entries.

4. Qualified MINs shall be extracted following the raffle earning period, schedule, and draw dates below for the

Weekly and Grand Draws. Marketing and DTI# representative shall be present to draw the winners as scheduled.

1. Weekly Raffle Earning Periods and Draw Dates:

 Each Weekly Raffle Earning Period will start from Monday and end on Sunday except for Week 1 where the start

is on a Tuesday and Week 16 where the end of the earning period is on a Friday.

 Weekly Raffle Draws will be conducted every Wednesday from the start of the raffle promo with the exception of

the draw for Week 16 where it will fall on a Monday and will be drawn before drawing the Grand Prize Winner.

5. Call-outs via Smart customer care shall be done to the drawn MINs within 3 days after each draw date

to confirm and validate the identity of the winning subscribers.

6. Winners from previous weekly draws are still eligible to win in the succeeding weekly draws and in the grand

draw.
1. For the Weekly Draws:

0. Earned raffle entries will be accumulated each week (Monday to Sunday) and qualified for the Weekly Draw Date

for the week’s period.

1. Every end of the week (end of day Sunday), all earned raffle entries for the covered period of the previous week

shall be reset to zero for all subscribers registered to the promo.

2. For the Grand Draw:

0. All raffle entries earned from the beginning of the promo period until the end of the promo period will be

accumulated and qualified for the GRAND DRAW.

3. If a mobile identification number (MIN) is drawn more than once, the registered subscriber shall get the prize of

higher value.

7. Smart Prepaid, TNT, Smart Bro Prepaid, and Sun Prepaid subscribers who registered to the raffle promo shall

earn the following raffle entries for every top-up of airtime/regular load via the different available loading channels

including prepaid load cards:

 The number of earned raffle entries will vary based on the channel used to subscribe to a qualified GIGA data

to the subscriber that will contain the details of his earned raffle entries.

11. Earned raffle entries will reflect to the subscriber’s account within 48hrs after each successful transaction is

made.

What are the prizes?

4. Prizes are tax-free. Taxes will be shouldered by Smart Communications, Inc.

How do I claim my prize?

 Prior to prize release, winners will be contacted and validated via call-out from an authorized Smart Call-

out/Customer Care officer using a Smart special number to the details they provided during their registration to

the raffle. An SMS will also be sent to the winners. Winners will be called 3x within the specified period. After

which, forfeiture of winners will be assessed and determined by the DTI.

 List of winners will also be published in our website after the draw.

1. Minor Weekly Raffle Draw Prizes

1. For 30 GB open-access data valid for 60 days

1. 30 GB open-access data will be automatically credited to the MIN of the winning subscriber (within 7 days upon

announcement/confirmation and receipt of registered notice).

2. For LTE smart phone: Samsung A50S, SM-A507

1. During call-out validation of drawn MINs of each weekly draw date, winning subscriber will provide his preferred

Smart Store nationwide where he may claim his prize.

2. Subscriber must present a valid ID upon claiming his prize at his preferred and nearest Smart Store.

3. Prize redemption is until 90 days from call-out validation of winning subscribers and upon receipt of registered

notice.

2. Major Weekly Raffle Draw Prizes

1. For Php 1 Million Prize

1. During call-out validation of drawn MINs of each weekly draw date, winning subscriber will inform Smart whether

they prefer the prize to be deposited in their bank account or to claim the prize personally at Smart Tower, 6799,

Ayala Ave., Brgy. Bel-Air, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.


2. Winning subscribers shall provide a copy of his 2 valid IDs and TIN number to Smart.

For subscribers who choose bank deposit crediting.

3. The subscriber shall provide his personal bank account details with a certified bank certificate, TIN number, and a

copy of 2 valid IDs to Smart.

4. Smart will deposit the prize to the subscriber’s verified bank account within thirty (90) days after receipt of the

subscriber’s certified bank certificate, TIN number, and a copy of 2 valid IDs .

5. The prize will only be credited to a bank account under the winning subscriber’s name.

For subscribers living in Metro Manila who prefer to receive their cash prize personally at Smart Tower.

6. Subscriber shall be advised of the scheduled dates of prize claiming at Smart Tower (every Tuesday or Thursday

only of the week).

7. Subscriber must present two (2) valid IDs and sign an Acknowledgement Receipt upon claiming the prize at

Smart Tower.

8. Prize redemption is until 90 days from callout, announcement/confirmation, and upon receipt of registered notice.

For subscribers living outside Metro Manila who prefer to receive their cash prize personally at Smart Tower.

9. Subscriber shall be advised of the scheduled dates of prize claiming at Smart Tower (every Tuesday or Thursday

only of the week).

10. Smart shall provide transportation to and from the location of the winning subscriber and a one-night

accommodation to the winning subscriber.

11. Subscriber must present two (2) valid IDs and sign an Acknowledgement Receipt upon claiming the prize at

Smart Tower.

12. Prize redemption is until 90 days from callout, announcement/confirmation, and upon receipt of registered notice.

3. Grand Raffle Draw Prize

1. Subscriber shall be advised of the scheduled date of prize claiming at Smart Tower.

2. Smart shall provide transportation to and from the location of the winning subscriber and a one-night

accommodation to the winning subscriber.

3. Subscriber must present two (2) valid IDs and sign an Acknowledgement Receipt upon claiming the prize at

Smart Tower on the agreed schedule.

4. Prize redemption is until 90 days from callout, announcement/confirmation, and upon receipt of registered notice.
Who are NOT qualified or eligible to join the promo?

All employees of Philippines Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications Inc. and its subsidiaries, Ace

Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, Inc., Beyond Advertising, Inc. and AMDOCS Philippines including their relatives

up to third degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Smart Communications Inc. reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to subscribers that are suspected

to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system of weakness in the promo to win prizes or

receive benefits).

Other Reminders:

1. Each winner must allow Smart Communications, Inc. to use his name or picture in their marketing communication

material and winner announcement materials.

2. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of call, otherwise prizes will be forfeited in favor of SMART

with prior approval from DTI.

3. All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after the cut-off date.

4. For all complaints and queries regarding the promotion, the subscriber may call Smart’s hotline at (02) 888-1111.

CONTROL MEASURES:

1. DTI representatives shall be invited to check, test, validate, and verify the computer system for receiving entries

and drawing of winners. A printed copy of the properties of the program may be given to the DTI representative

after verification. The DTI representative may check the database of the promo. The DTI representative will be

given a copy of the list of winners after each official raffle draw.

2. For all complaints and queries regarding the promotion, the subscriber may call Smart’s hotline at (02) 888-1111.
