Installation Survey/Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in the Telaurus se@COMM System. Complete this
form only if you already have an installed satellite system (Iridium or any of
Inmarsat Mini-M, Fleet 33, 55 or 77) and PC to install se@COMM. The
information provided will guide our installation and customer service personnel in

our ability to correctly service your account after installation of your se@COMM
system has been completed. Your assistance in providing all of the requested
information is most appreciated.

Overview

The se@COMM communications system offered by Telaurus Communications

consists of the following:

 A satellite communications system, (Iridium or any of Inmarsat Mini-M, B,

Fleet 33/55/77)
 One or more desktop, tower or laptop PCs that are typically equipped with
a monitor, keyboard, mouse and supported operating system.
 Local or network printers (provided by the client)
 se@COMM software

Operation is conditioned upon a properly installed satellite system which provides

connectivity meeting normal operational standards.

It is best to cluster mount the satellite transceiver, its DC power supply and the
main se@COMM PC in close proximity to each other (3 m).
