The MCT and MST will use this form to formally observe the trainee’s performance and to give feedback based on
the selected teaching competencies. NOTE: Refer to the course-specific, teaching competencies-based rubric
included in the TP Booklet.
Commitment to the Profession (15%) F D C B A

Moudhi had significant change since her teacher is out; she is collaborating with her Arabic teacher, and she is
teaching all of the English teacher’s classes. With the help of the Arabic teacher. They are a great team. Moudhi is
well prepare for her lessons and activities.
Planning for Learning (15%) F D C B A

Moudhi’s lesson plan is on healthy and unhealthy food. Her activities were out and ready; all materials were well
prepared for her class. Moudhi needs to write APA style only in black her 21 st skills need to be added technology
skills and collaboration. Moudhi’s lesson plans include strategies for teaching, learning, and activities tasks.
Moudhi did not write in her time increments or checked the assessments that were being used. However, overall
her lessons are well planned.
Managing Learning (15%) F D C B+ A

Moudhi scaffold the lesson by review what is a day tomorrow and yesterday. During the whole group, she kept the
students involved. She reviews the days of the week. During carpet time she had an opening that intrigued the
students; she showed them a video about healthy and unhealthy foods. Students had to identify the types of
foods. During the closing, when students were off task, and misbehaving Moudhi moves students' pins from green
to yellow.

Implementing Learning (20%) F D C B A

Moudhi scaffold the days of the week that she went over in the morning because students were getting
confused on the next day. Moudhi showed a healthy and unhealthy food she differentiates watermelon
large and small she taught about the correct terms for an apple and single and plural correct names a
bunch of apples and bananas. She scaffolds more and less; she also taught with the pieces of fruits.
 Activity 1- had students cut out healthy food and clue the picture on the boys' stomach.
 Activity 2- students color healthy fruits, then cut them out then paste them on a paper plate.
 Activity, 3-group activity students, had to color the words of healthy and unhealthy foods which
was on A3 paper, and then students had to open the large poster paper and sort the healthy
and unhealthy food under the happy tooth or sad tooth.
 Activity 4 -students had to write in a book I like _______ She had flashcards to help students
could pick their favorite foods and then they will write the sentence independently, and the last
step was to draw and color the fruit.
 Activity 5-students had to color things that grow under the ground and food that grows on the
tree. After students color and cut the pictures, higher order of thinking students had to take the
food and place them where they grow.

questioning, student presentation, and verbal feedback.

Action Plan:

Make sure that all students are able to do the task. One task was difficult for students to cut due to the size of
the fruit.
