Analysis:

As we have seen through the surveyor, we have concluded that most of the
problem or issues with land ownership here in our country is mainly about the non-
compliance of the Philippine government resulting in lack of programs issued
especially in the agricultural sector which leads to deficiency of services,
technologies, funds, taxation etc. For us it is plausible to have a genuine and
successful agrarian reform program by the government through giving farmers and
agricultural land owners a focus. Set aside their greed in modernization of farmlands,
harassment, illegal arrest, and trumped-up charges to help those people whose lives
are being destroyed by the government’s lack of action. Our government is
responsible in ensuring that every Filipino will be able to enjoy his/her basic human
rights. Hence, it is the state’s duty to enact a genuine agrarian reform law that
guarantees land to the poorest peasants (Sharlene Lopez,2017). Also by having a
written contract between the tenants/ farmers and their landlords in order to have a
balance shares in the given market.
