MISSION

The mission of the organization is to inspire, connect, develop and engage the future
leaders to face the contemporary world.

VISION
The organization envisions to encourage and influence every individual to perform well
and create an impact to the society through empowering their personal skills and
resolve the conflicts that the society is facing.

GOAL
The goal of the organization is to nurture the skills of each individual, inspire one
another to accomplish every given task and help one another to grow as a better person
through supporting each other to achieve their personal goals.

POLICY

 Everyone should learn to manage their time and be flexible to do all the required
activities on time.
 Working on the same path will help every individual to showcase their skills on
interacting with other people.
 Being respectful to everyone define what kind of a person is.
 Think twice before taking an action. Be sensitive and consider the rest of the

ASSISTANT LEADER
 The Assistant Leader generally runs the organization on a specific shift under the
direction of a team leader.
SECRETARY
 The Secretary maintains the smooth running of an organization through a variety
of administrative and clerical duties.
PRODUCTION OFFICERS
 The Production Officers assist the organization by maintaining and monitoring
supplies of stationery and ordering supplies as required.
TECHNICAL STAFFS
 The Technical Staffs setup, improve and maintain organizations operating
systems.
REPORTERS
 The Reporter is the one who responsible on delivering the research or updates
that the researchers produced.
RESEARCHERS
 The Researchers play a pivotal role on a organization because they are the one
who is searching or gathering data or information on a certain idea or topic.
DESIGNER
 Designer is the one who Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and
copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic
concepts.

FINACIAL SECRETARY

 The financial secretary is the one who handles the production of fund of the
whole organization and the allocation of fund where it should be use or spend.

AUDITOR

 The auditor keeps a record of the funds of the organization that collected,
deposited and disbursed. The auditor also prepares the financial report for the
organization.

TREASURER

 The treasurer is the one who is securing the funds of the whole organization.
