Time Allotted: 1 Hr. Maximum Marks: 79

Marking Scheme
(i) Question 1 to 6 have only one correct answer and carries +5 marks each for correct answer, -2 mark for
wrong answer and 0 marks in all other cases.

(ii) Question 7 to 11 have single digit answer (0 to 9, both included) and carries +3 marks each for correct
answer and 0 marks in all other cases.

(iii) Question 12 to 17 have only one correct answer and carries +3 marks each for correct answer and 1 mark
if marked option is wrong & 0 marks in all other cases. Questions are based on 2 passages with 3 questions
each.

(iv) Question 18 and 19 are based on matching each of the four entries in column-I to entries in column-II. One
entry in column I could match to one or more than one entry in column II. An entry in column I is considered
to be correctly matched if and only if it matches to all correctly matched entries in column II. Each correctly
matched entry will be awarded 2 marks. There is no negative marking. Each matching has 8 marks
