Wire Baskets are a classic drawer option, a perpetual favourite and the preferred life-long kitchen
partner to countless Indian households. Häfele’s Stellar Wire Baskets Range mirrors its philosophy
of functionality, sophistication and exceptional technology. As a result, it is a glamorous spin-off to
the traditional counterparts available in the market.

Häfele’s New Wire Basket Range works on Blum Tandem Runners with built-in BLUMOTION for
seamless drawer transitions. The entire range has been carved out of Stainless Steel 304 with a
Nickle-Chrome Plating, promising extreme durability (Lifetime Warranty). It also guarantees easy
assembly and provides 3D adjustments for the fronts. These wire baskets are developed for cabinet
widths of 450, 600 and 900 mm and come in four height options of 80, 100, 150 and 200 mm with a
standard depth of 500 mm.
The Stellar Range of Wire Baskets is complemented by compatible wall-unit racks, under-sink
basket and organisers for Thalis, Plates, Cup and Saucer and Jars/Bottles.

FEATURES

Stainless Steel Grade 304:

Häfele’s Stellar Range of Wire Baskets has been carved out of Stainless Steel 304 with a
304 Nickle-Chrome Plating (18 – 21 microns), promising extreme durability and corrosion
resistance

Soft Closing:
The baskets are compatible with the Blum TANDEM Runners with built-in BLUMOTION for
seamless drawer transitions. The runners ensure silent and effortless closing independent
SOFT of the force used thereby guaranteeing a smooth running action and a low sag value.
CLOSING

Pre-drilling Possibilities:
The Stellar Wire Basket Range is crafted to adapt to Blum TANDEM runners making
predrilling of carcasses for modular kitchens extremely feasible. Even the fascia fronts can
be predrilled as per the dimensions provided for the front fixing brackets of different wire
basket heights

3 Dimensional Adjustments:
The Drawer fronts can be adjusted conveniently. They can be moved to the left and right,
top and bottom and can be tilted slightly in order to avoid uneven gaps between panels.

Rubber Sleeves for Clatter Prevention:

Rubber Sleeves of two different diameters are included in the BOM article sets of the Wall
Unit Systems (Pg. 8) and Wire Basket Accessories (Pg. 9). These sleeves fit snugly on the
wires, reducing the touch-points of the utensils with the wires thereby ensuring a clatter-
free operation.

Lifetime Warranty:
Häfele provides a Lifetime Warranty against corrosion / rusting on its Stellar Range of Wire

DRILLING DIMENSIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF RUNNERS

INSTALLATION

Once the runners are installed as per the drilling dimensions mentioned on page 10, slide in the front TANDEM runner
brackets to fix them to the runner

Fix the TANDEM runner cover cap

Fix the rear TANDEM runner brackets on the basket and slide the basket onto the runner. Press the basket to fix it on the
runner

Install and lock the Front Fixing Fascia Brackets on the basket with the help of M5 × 10 mm Pan Head Bolts and 2.5 mm
Grub Screws on the top and bottom
INSTALLATION

Install the Front Fixing Mounting Plate on the fascia front with the help of M5 × 10 mm Pan Head Bolts. Mount the fascia
front on the Front Fixing Brackets by inserting the centre bolt into the Front Fixing Bracket’s keyhole

Height Adjustment: The centre bolt can be lowered or lifted along the length of the keyhole
Side Adjustment : Before tightening the centre bolt in place, the Front Fixing Brackets together with the fascia front can be
shifted horizontally
Tilt Adjustment : Turn the Grub Screw clockwise with an Allen key to push the Fascia front slightly out either from the top or
bottom
