INSTRUCTIONS :

This permission is subject to following condition : -

1. Because of the introduction of OMR sheet from this academic session, Students have to reach examination room 30 minutes before commencement of examination.
2. The Secretary / Controller of examination shall withdraw the permission at any time if it is found subsequently that the Student was not eligible for appearing at the
examination that the permission has been granted by some inadvertent omission or accidental mistake.
3. Permission would be withdrawn for conduct, which in the opinion of the superintendent of the examination centre or the Secretary, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki
vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal justifies examinee's expulsion from the examination.

4. Examinee is forbidden to take any book, note or loose papers in the examination hall except the admit card.

5. No Communication whatsoever will be allowed during the examination among examinees and /or with the outsider.

6. Examinee is forbidden to write answer or anything else on question paper or on any loose paper.
7. Any attempt on the part of examinee to use unfair means in the examination or any violation of the preceding rules will take him / her liable for immediate expulsion from
the examination hall and such other penalties including withholding of the results as may be imposed by the Vishwavidyalaya, whose decision would be final cases of
violence, where examinee is found using unfair means and still tries to destroy the evidence or behaves in an indiscipline manner by threatening the invigilator will be
punished more severely as per rules of the Vishwavidyalaya.
8. Precisely five minutes before the time fixed for giving out the question paper, a warning bell will be rung and all the examinees must take their seats immediately, no
examinee will be allowed in leave the examination hall earlier than an hour after the commencement of the examination. On entering the hall he /she must take his / her
seat and observe silence The officer in Charge of the examination may at his / her discretion permit a candidate who comes late to enter the examination hall if the period
of delay does not exceeds half and hour.

9. No examinee, without the permission of the invigilator, should leave his/ her seat during the examination.
10. Each examinee should enter on the cover of all answer books used by him / her required details pertaining to Roll No. subject and class etc. This must be done before
attempting to answer the question each day.
11. Examinee shall sign his/her name on the prescribed attendance verification form when required to do so.
12. Candidate must carry smart card/college-ID/any other photo ID proof at the time of examination along with admit card.
