Artifacts.

7th of October 2019- Monday.


7th of October 2019- Monday.
At the first day of teaching practice, I took a picture of
the schoolyard, where students meet together with their Here where students meet to read books if have time or
friends and have fun. This picture made me remember teachers gather them when they have reading lessons,
my school days, since it used to be my high school. which make the students fully engaged, since the place is
beautiful to be read in.

7th of October 2019- Monday.

The first day of teaching practice faced the teacher day.


Where everyone celebrated this day by giving the
teachers some flowers and precious words written in a
paper card.
13th of October 2019- Sunday.

Being a part of best teacher celebration was an


honor. Where the school celebrated and
organized a small party for one of the Arabic
teachers for getting the first prize in best
teacher competition.

22nd of October 2019- Tuesday.

At the third week, the school had days that are more active,
where they made a science week. The students presented
their plans approached with expo2020 plans through having
some activities such as awareness bulletins about hand wash,
the importance of milk and breast cancer.
23rd of October 2019- Wednesday.

The following day was for the chemistry groups.


The students were active through some activities
related to chemistry subject. They made many
games implementing what they had learned and
all the teachers participated and played.

10th of October 2019- Thursdays.

At the first week, I took an initiate of teaching a


small part of my MST’s (mentor school teacher)
lesson. Where I taught the students about May
and Might and how to use it, and support it with
a worksheet that summarize the whole part
lesson.

13th of October 2019-Sunday.

The second week I taught a full lesson. The


lesson focus was grammar, which was about
transition words. Here they had an activity,
where they had to fill the blank as groups on the
board using the correct transition words they
took.

14th of October 2019-Monday.

The following day I had my first visit. I taught a


writing lesson beside vocabulary one. The lesson
was about communications. Here they had a
group activity, where they had to classify new
terms they had related to the lesson.
14th of October 2019-Monday.

Here is the main part of the visit lesson. Where


the students had to make a mind map
summarizing all the reading text and present it
after.

14th of October 2019-Monday.

Here is the last part of the lesson. The students


had to write an argumentative essay about
oversharing information in the social media and
support it with some reasons.
17th of October 2019-Thursday.

Here I had a summative assessment, where I


combined both grammar and writing lesson
together in order to evaluate their
understanding of both lessons, where I used
kahoot that was consist of some random
questions. I had this evaluation session by taking
10 minutes from my MST’s lesson, where she
gave me permission to do.

23rd of October 2019-Wednesday.

Here I had another grammar lesson, which was


about the inversion grammar. After the lesson
explanation, I gave the students a small
worksheet that would help them in a better
understanding of the lesson. The paper
contained some extra explanation and questions
for them to asses themselves.

17th of October 2019-Thursday.

Here I received a gift from my students, which


made happy and realize that I achieved
something. I realized that I was able to solve all
the problems among the students and me and
was able to create a good relationship between
us.
