ADMISSION POLICY

Aero India 2019 is open to Official Defence Delegations, Ministry of Defence visitors (India and overseas),
Exhibitors’ and their Invitees, Media and Trade Visitors from the industry for all five days. It will be open to
general public on the last two days of the show as per promulgated timings.

Persons who are interested in attending the exhibition as business visitor or general visitor are requested to
apply via the online registration system on the website www.aeroindia.gov.in

Online registration will be closed one day prior to date of visit to exhibition and tickets for same day will be
available on the counter. Business visitor and general visitor tickets will be valid for single entry only.

All Exhibitors, visitors, guests, contractors, service providers and invitees will be allowed admission to Aero India
2019 only against a valid admission badge / invitation / ticket issued by the organizers and carried by the person
named on it. The Badge remains the property of the organizers.

Trade visitors and general visitors will be sent QR Code based electronic tickets on their registered email id and they
can come to the venue with the printout of the electronic ticket along with identity card as declared at time of
registration.

All badges and invitations are non-transferable. All persons attending the exhibition should carry and produce
on request a supporting photo identity document at the exhibition / related event venues. This ID should be the
same as indicated at the time of registration and must be any one of the following:-

Passport (*Mandatory for all overseas visitors/exhibitors/invitees)

Government Photo ID/Aadhar Card

Armed Forces ID

Voter ID

Driving License

Children below 16 years will not be permitted on business days (20 - 22February 2019).

Exhibitors

All exhibitors have to apply online for their badges including uploading a photograph. Entry to the venue would
be allowed only if the exhibitor is carrying his badge. Please register at www.aeroindia.gov.in under exhibitor
login.

Media

All media personnel must apply online to comply with the accreditation process, which includes providing a
photograph for the badge. Their entry to the show is subject to accreditation approval by Ministry of Defence,
Govt. of India.

The Organizers reserve all rights for media publicity including audio and / or visual advertisement at the venue of
Aero India and related event venues including outdoor areas in their immediate vicinity. Any media publicity
without prior written approval of the Organizers / Ministry of Defence, is strictly prohibited. Use of Aero India /
DEO logo is authorized only for accredited media personnel.

Business Visitor Profile

All trade visitors should be engaged in bonafide areas of the defence industry, government, the armed forces,
defence public sector units, para-military, police, government, defence related equipment procurement or service
provider organizations, defence contractors and suppliers, operators/end-users, defence media, defence colleges,
defence training and research establishments.

General

Rights of admission are reserved by the organizer. Admission is restricted and is only against valid invitation
/entry badge/ticket issued by the organizers.

Any unauthorized individual /entry if observed will be evicted from the exhibition. Such un-authorized entry may
also lead to prosecution.

The Organizers reserve the right to conduct identity checks as a condition of entry. Any person found to have
registered or registering to attend Aero India 2019 using false / misleading information or credentials or
deliberately with-holding information will have their application rejected and entry denied. Such un-authorized
actions/ entry may also lead to prosecution.

Dress Code: All persons attending the exhibition should be appropriately attired.

Any person(s) attending Aero India 2019 must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting (except as authorized
for media), demonstrations, objectionable behavior or indulge in any activity which may disrupt the show.

The Organizers reserve the right to evict or remove anyone from Aero India 2019 who does not comply with this
admission policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to infringe any of the policy rules.

INDIAN ARMED FORCES SERVICE PERSONNEL

1. It is intimated that during Aero India-2019 Exhibition scheduled from Feb 20-24, 2019 at Air Force Station,
Yelahanka, Bengaluru the visits of service personnel will be as under :-
(a) Service officers will be permitted on 20 Feb 2019 from 1400 hrs to 1700 hrs, 21 to 24 Feb 2019 from
0900hrs to 1700hrs in exhibition area excluding Tarmac and Chalet areas as per policy to be approved by
DDP. Entry to Chalet & Tarmac area is permitted only by invitation. This is applicable only if the officer is
wearing uniform with service Identity Card.
(b) 23rd&24thFeb, 2019 will be open for general public and during this period only service officials in uniform
with ID Cards will be permitted.

2. Person Below Officers Rank (PBOR) are permitted towards Air Display Viewing Area (ADVA) on all days i.e. on
20thFeb 2019 from 1400 hrs to1700 hrs, 21st to 24th Feb, 2019 from 0900hrs to 1700 hrs, with prior approval of
officer authorized above and the PBORs will come in service transport only. Every PBOR would be in uniform.
