The positive reinforcement student’s teacher
was absolutely effective and motivate the
students to be show good behavior. It could be
improving by making schedule with their
name and who collect more starts take the
present. So, this can be engaging students to
show good behavior.

used to cater to all learners including those with
special needs.
b) What was efficient about these strategies?

- Different sheet, help students to be in right
track and this support them to develop their
levels.
- Flash card in the wall. So, that is mean rich
environment and aid student to learn the key
word of the lesson.
- Play a video at the begin of the lesson, students
exciting on that.

She have to control students who with misbehavior.

- Some student misbehavior and impolite in the
lesson.

Why/Why not?

I was a little bit angry about student’s behavior but with Amna I was so happy because she used different
strategies which are, different sheet, flash card, play a video. Aman was confident in her lesson. While I
discussed with her about the lesson she is fixable person and accept my advice. So, her weakness was only
about student behavior. Moreover, her plan for next to make students with misbehavior leader of group to
control them.
