Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. how did you feel about
conducting a formal observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How did you feel
about discussing your observations with your colleague after the lesson? How did your colleague react to
your assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the suggestions you made will your
colleague apply in her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a valuable experience?
Why/Why not?

It was a good observation because I earned a lot from here. My colleague felt comfortable when I
observed her in the lesson because we have a good relationship. After we have done with her lesson we
talked about how it was gone the lesson, which is, to improve her body language because the children
don't understand English very well and that can aid them to be full understanding. Amna is a flexible
person. At the beginning of the conversation, the first question asked me about what she needs to
develop as well as, she agreed with me in her evaluation. At the end of the dialogue, Amna plans how
to improve herself in the next lesson by using a printout flashcards with the vocabulary. We had a
perfect experience of exchange the information.

Please share feedback immediately following the observation once the forms are completed.
