We, LILIA A. VINLUAN and JOSEPHINE A. ABUJEN, both of legal age, Filipino
Citizens, both married and with residence and postal address at Brgy. Liozon, Palauig,
Zambales, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby deposes and say;

1. That we both personally know Spouses JAMES R. ABDON, JR. and

CATHERINE S. DAIT of Brgy. Liozon, Palauig, Zambales;

2. That they got married on December 25, 2003 solemnized by Rev. Fr. Eustaquio
Y. Vento of Iglesia Filipina Independiente (IFI) of Palauig, Zambales;

3. That we both know of such marriage because we were present during their
wedding ceremony and we were a long time family friends and neighbors of said
spouses;

4. That when they secured a copy of their Certificate of Marriage at the office of the
Local Civil Registry, Palauig, Zambales, the date of birth of JAMES R. ABDON,
JR. was entered February 19, 1980 which is erroneously wrong and that the correct
one is February 19, 1979 as stated in his Certificate of Live Birth;

5. That we believed that the discrepancy stated was just a case of typographical error;

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the forgoing facts and
for whatever legal purpose it may serve best.
