Terms of Service for using Truecopy

Digital Signature / eSignature System

By using the online Digital Signature / ESign service provided by
Truecopy Credentials Pvt Ltd (TRUECOPY), for Aadhaar based
signing, You (the user) agree to the Terms of Service as follows:

1) You agree to use the Service only for the purpose it is intended and
not misuse it in any way, interfere with it in anyway, or access it in any
way other than via versions of standard browsers such as Internet
Explorer, Chrome or Firefox.

2) Using the Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual
property rights in the Technology / Service.

3) In connection with your use of the Service, we may send you

administrative messages and other information, and you agree to act on
those as required. You agree not to upload / enter any data that is
inaccurate or provide wrong information of any type.

4) You agree to abide by the terms of IT Act 2000 / 2008, Govt of India.
You further agree not to upload any objectionable content using this
service. It is your responsibility to ensure that Digital Signatures as
defined by Govt of India are applicable for the type of documents you
intend to sign. TRUECOPY only provides a service for digitally signing
documents.

5) Privacy You agree to provide access to parts of UIDAI data as

required by regulations to complete the digital signing process.

6) You hereby state that You have no objection in authenticating

yourself with Aadhaar based authentication system and consent to
providing your Aadhaar number, Biometric and/or One Time Pin (OTP)
data for Aadhaar based authentication for the purposes of availing of
eSign service/ e-KYC services / both from TRUECOPY. You
understand that the Biometrics and/or OTP you provide for
authentication shall be used only for authenticating your identity
through the Aadhaar Authentication system for that specific transaction
and for no other purposes. You understand that TRUECOPY shall
ensure security and confidentiality of your personal identity data
provided for the purpose of Aadhaar based authentication.
7) TRUECOPY is not a party to any document signed using
TRUECOPY digital signature service, and is not liable for its
enforcement. If you request an acknowledgement /countersign from a
recipient via TRUECOPY service, the responsibility of providing such
an acknowledgement / countersign lies with the recipient and not with
TRUECOPY.

8) Warranties and Disclaimers We provide our Services using a

commercially reasonable level of skill and care. These services are
provided "AS IS". NEITHER TRUECOPY NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR
DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE
SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES,
THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET
YOUR NEEDS.

9) Liability for our Services TRUECOPY WILL NOT BE

RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA,
FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR
LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY OTHER KIND RESULTING FROM
THE USE OF OUR SERVICE. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF
TRUECOPY, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS,
INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO
THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TRUECOPY TO USE THE SERVICES.

10) INDEMNITY YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY TRUECOPY

AGAINST ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE
SERVICES.
