Subject: Revised Quotation (Annexure- C) for electrical HT&LT electrical erection work at your premises.

We here with to inform you that , in our revised the BOQ(Annexure- B) . Total quotation price as per
Annexure-B is Rs.13,637,814. we made a pricing mistake from our side in the column No.2: HT PANEL-3 VCB
PANEL(INDOOR TYPE) (Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 11 KV, 26KA, 630Amps VCB - 3Panel, Incomer -11
KV, 26KA, 630Amps VCB -1nos ,outgoing -11 KV, 26KA, 630Amps VCB -1no & 11 KV, 630Amps LBS -1no totally enclosed,
fully interlocked, horizontal draw out, horizontal isolation type breaker as per IS 13118, having capacity mentioned below, single
break, trip free mechanism, motorised charged, motorised closing breaker suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC Supply,
Air insulated Copper Bus bars of 630 Amps capacity, breaker featured with mechanical ON / OFF indicator with hand trip device,
spring release coil, shunt trip coil and auxiliary switch of 4 NO + 4 NC and equipped with the following switch gear and
accessories.(Make:SIEMENS)), price is wrongly mentioned as Rs.155000/- but the actual price is Rs.1550000/- so now we have
revised the price in BOQ(Annexure- C). we sincerely apology for the mistake which we have committed. we assure
that this will not happen again in future.

Quotation value is now increased from Rs.13,637,814 (Annexure-B) to Rs.14,591,314 (Annexure- C) these changes
are made due to pricing mistake from our side.

we request you to kindly approve & issue PO for the revised BOQ(Annexure- C) at the earliest. Along with this
letter we have attached revised Annexure- C for your kind reference.

Exceptions: The following items of work are excluded from our scope of work.
1. Transformer, RMG& VCB Fencing & Civil Work.
2. Civil work for main panel room & Cable trench.

We presume that you will find our offer in line with your requirement.

Conditions & Payments Terms:-

1. 50% Advance payment along with order.
2. 25% payment after delivering all materials in site as per PO.
3. 25% Balance payment after completion of work.
4. Taxes: GST @18.0%.
