CLOSING MASS

Priest: Coming together as friends in the Lord, we bring our needs before the Father, confident
that He will grant our requests.

1. Father, we thank you for the opportunity to listen to you and to relish and savor the
graces our community received from the last 50 years. May we become more sensitive to
your call and be receptive of your grace. We pray.
2. Father, we thank you for the gift of our mother Church. We beg that you Lord to raise
men and women, models of faith and holiness, ready to embrace the Church in all her
woundedness and sins. We pray
3. Father, we thank you for the gifts of friends, co-journeyer in the CLC Way of Life. Grant
that our community may grow in numbers as well as in holiness. We pray.
4. Father, we thank you for calling us to follow your Son. May we remain true to our
Christian heritage, following the poor and humble Christ, meeting him along the way in
the face of those in the peripheries. We pray.
5. Father, we thank you our Ignatian heritage. May we live our call to be contemplatives in
action, men and women of reconciliation and discernment, always ready to respond to the
call to magis. We pray.
6. Father, we thank you for the gift of our forefathers and mothers in the sodality and CLC,
especially those who worked tirelessly to plant the CLC charism in the Philippines. We
beg you to reward them with Your love and peace. We pray.
7. Father, we thank you for allowing us to respond to the frontiers in own little and
insignificant ways. We beg that you grant us the audacity and magnanimity to be
sensitive to the call of justice, non-violence, care for the cosmos, to be our brothers and
sister’s keeper especially those in the margins. We pray.

Priest: Heavenly Father, deepen our faith so that we may grow in your love and always serve you
with generous and sincere hearts. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen
