Responsibilities:
• Plan and direct the organization's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading
performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence
• Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy (depending on the situation some criteria may
already exist or be established by the organization’s CEO.
• Keep a close eye on a company's finances, coming up with new ways to generate income, as they are responsible
for the bottom line.
• Interview and hire lower-level managers and make sure all employees understand company policy and guidelines,
as well as its overall mission.
• Act as the face of their organization
• Execute the responsibilities of a company according to lawful and ethical standards.
