Family income: 50k per month. Sometimes it depends on the income on both head of the family
and the wife.

Adequacy of Living Space:

- There is an enough space for the living room and dining area.
- The house composed of one large room for all of my family to sleep in.

- Their refuse are being turned back at the house

HEALTH STATUS OF EACH FAMILY MEMBER

- Head of the family verbalized that he seldom experiences illness.

- The first child, Rajid is completely fine except for cough and cold.
- Nutritional assessment: They seldom eat fruits and vegetables because they hate it. Specifically
the older child. They eat processed food.

VALUES, HABITS, PRACTICES ON HEALTH PROMOTION

• Immunization: All children had completed the immunization.

• Mother had the complete dose of Tetanus Toxoid vaccine

• Adequacy of:

– Rest and sleep: seldom; because of academics, the older son is sleep deprived.

– Exercise/activities: less activity and time for exercise

– Whenever a family member is ill, they would directly go to the hospital.
