RESUMEN
When starting a business people face a series of tasks that require a lot of effort and
patience, you must have a clear structure and be properly formulated to perform, it is the
only way to convince public bodies, banks or investors of your concept . The first and
most important is the conception and integral planning of the idea. In the following work
we present the use of computer tools for the design and creation of a business plan for the
production of different varieties of wine (dry, semi-dry, sweet, sparkling, organic) .To
design this business plan we will use software which will provide us with schemes and
formulations that will be used to carry out the project, the tools that were used were the
PROJECT AND THE EXEL CALCULATION SHEET and for application and automatic
generation of Source code SCAN IT was used, additionally a SWOT was generated to
know if the company was able to cope with the changes and turbulence that arise, having
a positive evaluation, prompted us to continue with the completion of the project. The
tools for the design of the SUNMIT MAJES Wine Company were successfully applied,
which has the following in its files: A foda, a financing plan, an input registry, a Project
to manage the project and manage the tasks and resources, a label with the required
parameters according to ¨International international industrial classification -SUNAT ¨
and its respective barcode for each type of wine produced in the plant.
