- 100 gr carne slaba: pasare fara pielita (pui, gaina, curcan), vita (vaca, vitel), vanat (iepure, caprioara), peste
slab (salau, stiuca, stavrid, cod, pastrav, platica)
- 10 gr branza de vaci, slaba, cas, urda sau 4 albusuri de ou fierte tari
- 250 ml lapte: dulce de vaca grasime 1,8%, lapte batut; iaurt
- 75 gr paine (graham, intermediara, neagra) sau 200 gr mamaliguta pripita
- 450 gr legume cu 5% glucide: fasole verde, praz, gulii, varza, conopida, dovlecel, spanac, rosii, castraveti,
salata verde, ardei, ridichi, vinete, andive, ciuperci, bame, sparanghel, urzici, stevie, loboda, untisor, papadie.
- 100 gr legume cu 10% glucide: ceapa, morcov, telina, radacina patrunjel, sfecla rosie.
- 100 gr legume cu 20% glucide cantarite fierte: cartofi, fasole uscata, boabe, mazare boabe sau 100 gr orez,
gris, paste fainoase cantarite, fierte.
- 300 gr fructe cu 10% glucide: mere cretesti, mere domnesti, pere, portocale, mandarine, gutui, capsuni,
visine, cirese de mai, zmeura, afine coacaze, piersici sau 600 gr pepene rosu/ galben sau 500 gr grapefruit.
- 20 gr unt cu 65% lipide
- 25 ml ulei
- condimente aromate: patrunjel, marar, leustean, tarhon, dafin, cimbru, scortisoara, vanilie
- lichide: apa minerala, ceai medicinal, cafea indulcita cu zaharina, suc proaspat de fructe permise, suc prospat
de legume permise, Coca-Cola light, Pepsi Max.
